What would you do as our Project Operations Administrator
As our Project Operations Administrator, in accordance with current internal & external Health & Safety legislation and current KPI’s, you will be part of the team that ensures our products are installed on time, within the cost plan, and are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
You would also:
- Develop, review, and maintain accurate O&M manuals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical information and improve documentation workflows.
- Manage documentation databases, track revisions, and ensure timely delivery of updated manuals.
- Support customer service and training by providing clear documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards while handling administrative tasks as needed.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in project management and document management systems.
- Has strong communication skills, translating technical concepts into clear documentation.
- Is detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Is skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and technical documentation tools.
- Is independent and team-oriented, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
