IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.

• Defining the product strategy and roadmap in accordance with company strategy and depending on market requirements and competition.
• Maintaining proritized features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product features, answering market requirements.
• Analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and improve existing products.
• Driving the execution of product features by working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Monitoring product performance and using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize features and user experiences.
• Acting as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders across the company.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Managing and influencing product development timelines, resources, and priorities to meet business goals.
• Defining Business Models and related pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Developing sales tools, product positioning and messaging.
• Briefing, training and supporting the Sales force, Project Management and Support Teams when launching a new product/solution or adding a new feature.
• Supporting and attending tradeshows, events and promotional activities.
• Working with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Your Experience and Background include:   

• Proven experience (Minimum of 5 years) as a Product Manager
• Demonstrated success defining, launching and iterating complex products
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems
• Proficient in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Passion for creating user-centered products and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Technical background, with experience in Information System or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Business or related field
• Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time         
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the French language, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.              
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
