Financial Analyst (Production)

Location: Dobrzeń Wielki (Opole) / hybrid work

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to manage all aspects of financial management in the area of ​​production activities. This includes financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

• Timely preparation of financial statements and analyses in line with Group requirements

• Involvement in monthly financial closes and preparation of daily/weekly reports

• Management of ad-hoc budgeting and forecasting processes

• Monitoring budgets and analyzing budget variances

• Providing support for year-end financial audit in close cooperation with the rest of the finance team and SSC accounting

• Close cooperation with production departments to strengthen financial results analysis and improvement

• Monitoring of investment project expenditures

• Developing and documenting business processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Optimizing control tools to streamline the reporting process

 

Expectations:

• Higher education in finance, management or accounting

• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions

• Previous experience in a matrix environment in other international companies preferred

• Experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing company

• Practical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, both local and IFRS

• Practical experience in working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus)

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office applications (PowerBI is a plus)

• Communicative knowledge of English (minimum B2)
