Graduate Position – Product Manager for Sensors

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems’ Graduate program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also in two other countries in Europe while learning about our business and the organization!

If you are a Swedish resident, and if you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a similar field (or will have in time for Program start) you are eligible to apply – and we are looking forward to receiving your application!

The ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Graduate Program will start in September 2025, and will run for a total of 24 months on a permanent contract. We promise that you will get to know our company as well as to learn from specialists in the industry. You will be part of the day-to-day business and be working in dedicated and engaged teams. The first 6 months you will spend in Switzerland, and then relocate for your first international placement in a BeNeLux country for about 6 months, followed by another placement for an additional 6 months in Sweden. This set up will give you a solid understanding of what it is like to work in an international environment, as well as invaluable experience from working in different countries and cultures, with all that brings. 

As a Graduate Product Manager for Sensors in Automated Pedestrian Doors, you'll be key to enhancing customer experiences. Your main goal is to understand what our customers need and turn these insights into market requirements for swing and sliding doors. You'll play a crucial role in launching our new sliding door sensor, ensuring it meets and exceeds customer expectations. You'll conduct market research and work closely with diverse teams. This role offers a mix of creativity, strategy, and customer focus, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

During the Program you will be in continuous contact with your dedicated mentor, and you will also be assigned a local host, who will help you to settle in, wherever you go. We believe that people make it all happen and want to see you get a good start with us! Together with your mentor and the rest of the Program team you will discover your strengths and development areas, and together figure out what would be the best step for you after graduating from the Program and where in the organization you would be able to continue grow both yourself and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. The Graduate Program is only the beginning!
