Vous rejoindrez l’équipe Sales EMEA, composée d’une vingtaine de personnes. Cette équipe a la responsabilité du développement et de l’animation du réseau de distributeurs/revendeurs. Evolis a plus de 200 partenaires distributeurs en EMEA. Vous travaillerez en binôme avec un Sales Executive et serez tout particulièrement concentré sur la zone Allemagne.

 

Votre quotidien: 

 

Après une période de formation interne (à nos méthodes de vente), la découverte de nos produits et de notre circuit de distribution, vos missions seront:

  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de vente : qualification des leads entrants en analysant leur potentiel et en les transformant en opportunités commerciales concrètes
  • Prospecter auprès de nouveaux acteurs sur différent marchés avec un focus particulier sur la zone Allemagne. Identification des meilleurs profils et les inciter à rejoindre notre réseau
  • Animer le réseau de revendeurs existants. Vous accompagnerez nos revendeurs existants en les aidants à mettre en place des actions de développement efficaces. Vous serez leur point de contact privilégié pour les conseiller, les former et les soutenir dans leurs initiatives commerciales.

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en interaction avec vos collègues de l’équipe Sales EMEA, Marketing, Projet spécifiques.

 

Votre profil:

 

Vous êtes diplômés d’un Bac+2/3. Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (B2) et un très bon niveau d’allemand. Vous avez une première expérience en développement commercial.

Vous avez le sens du résultat, le goût pour les produits techniques/technologiques et avez envie de mettre en place des relations de confiance avec vos revendeurs dans un environnement international.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et avez le goût du travail en équipe, alors n’hésitez pas à nous envoyer votre CV.

You will join the EMEA Sales team, which is made up of about twenty people. This team is responsible for the development and management of the distributor/reseller network. Evolis has more than 200 distribution partners in EMEA. You will work in tandem with a Sales Executive and will be particularly focused on the German area.

 

Your mission:

 

After a period of internal training (in our sales methods), the discovery of our products and our distribution channel, your missions will be:

 

  • Identify new sales opportunities: Qualify inbound leads by analyzing their potential and turning them into concrete business opportunities.
  • Prospecting with new players in different markets with a particular focus on the German zone. Identification of the best profiles and encourage them to join our network.
  • Animate the network of existing resellers. You will support our existing resellers by helping them to set up effective development actions. You will be their main point of contact to advise, train and support them in their business initiatives.

 

You will be working in interaction with your colleagues from the EMEA Sales, Marketing, Project team.

 

Your profile:

 

You have a Bachelor degree. You have a good level of English (B2) and a very good level of German. Ideally, you have a first experience in business development.

You have a sense of results, a taste for technical/technological products and want to establish relationships of trust with your dealers in an international environment.

You are rigorous and have a taste for teamwork, so do not hesitate to send us your CV.
