Career and Professional Development of Murat Türker

As team leader in the Customer Service order department, he was responsible for the personnel and technical management of employees. At the same time, he supported the development and expansion of Customer Service – both organizationally and with his professional expertise. In addition to designing, defining, and documenting the work processes, in this role he assisted his colleagues in order processing and was the contact person for internal and external customers: a diverse and challenging field of work that corresponded exactly with the aspects that Türker values in his work: "From my colleagues to the customer – I love interacting with all kinds of people," he says, adding: "I'm also pleased to contribute through my work to a high-precision product that offers buyers a safe home or property."

This openness and sense of purpose now serve him well as a Product Manager, since exciting conversations about products with customers and colleagues from Sales are the order of the day. "The biggest challenge is to satisfy all stakeholders with their varying requirements. Continuous personal interaction in tune with the market is therefore extremely important in order to find out what the future outlook for our products is, what requirements they must meet and in what direction the field of access controls is going to develop," Türker points out.

He is constantly motivated by the opportunity to use such market information to help shape the mechatronic products he manages, to start his own product development projects and to support these throughout the entire life cycle.
