Human Resources Manager

Position Summary:

The position will be responsible for implementing various Human Resources Programs in the Philippines. The incumbent will undertake the full range of HR generalist role across multiple businesses, functions and geographies such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management and succession planning, payroll management, HR projects, crafting HR policies and procedures and managing the day to day HR operations functions. The incumbent will act as a HR business partner to the assigned scope. The company is going through an exciting phase of transformation and we are looking for an incumbent that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a fast learner.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                

  • Full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations
  • Act as consultant and business partner in driving and implementing organisational design, change management, talent management & succession planning, total rewards, culture and engagement, HR policies and procedures
  • Connect, collaborate and coordinate with the region and stakeholders to ensure alignment to achieve overall people strategy.
  • Partner with leadership teams at relevant levels to help build organizational capability (Build / Develop Competencies) and enrich the talent pipeline
  • Conduct discussions related to workforce planning, and organization design changes and provide recommendations
  • Ensure HR initiatives are implemented based on business, regional and global requirements
  • Lead the end to end HRIS and payroll outsourcing project including providing the required input to the region, plan communication and successful system/project roll-out
  • Develop HR policies and procedures and enforcing it with strict adherence to compliance
  • Participate in yearly salary and benefits survey, job mapping, interpret and analyse C & B report
  • Maintain equitable and competitive employee compensation and benefits package and incentive programs
  • Organise, execute and involve in the HR and administration function within the Company
  • Analyses training needs to design employee development program as part of talent management initiative
  • Gather HR statistics, analyse data to diagnose issues and recommend areas of improvement
  • Handle employee grievances, performance issue with full adherence to the local labour requirements
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including responsibility for
    maintaining personnel records.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of global/region reports on a periodic basis
  • Organize and work independently on multiple tasks and complete assignments within
    specified deadlines.
  • Drive people activities and company culture to improve the overall employee engagement and key talent retention
  • Drive and Lead Health and Safety initiatives within the Company

 

Skills Required:

 

  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent communication and people skill, and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive and ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skill.
  • High degree of personal integrity

  • Fast learner and adaptable.
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Ability to handle diverse responsibilities
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree in the relevant discipline  
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Generalist from a reputable MNC from any industry with a minimum of 2 years of managerial level experience
