Regional Sales Manager

Location: Gdańsk

Scope of responsibilities:

• Development of sales of ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors products through active acquisition of Customers and maintaining contacts with current Customers,

• Current analysis of market and sales results and investment potential in the subordinate area in order to take appropriate actions,

• Monitoring the activities of competitors in the subordinate area,

• Implementation of assumed sales and margin plans,

• Commercial and technical consulting in the field of products and their sale,

• Ensuring timely and correct course of prepared offers,

• Preparation of sales reports, analyses and sales forecasts,

• Active participation in development projects in the area of ​​commercial offer,

• Active participation in the company's marketing activities, taking care of the company's good image on the market,

• Implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors quality strategy.

 

Expectations:

• At least secondary education, preferably technical,

• Experience in the project sales market,

• Very good ability to plan and organize your own work,

• Focus on improving processes

• High level of customer service standards

• Ability to manage the Sales Department

• Ability to establish, maintain and develop business contacts,

• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,

• Experience in working with the CRM system

• Experience in the carpentry industry and knowledge of programs for carpentry valuation (MB CAD, LogiKal, AutoCAD) will be an additional asset,

• Driving license category B,

• Knowledge of English.
