What would you do as our Internal Sales Representative

 

As our Internal Sales Representative, you would act as the critical bridge between our commercial team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and support while driving successful sales operations.

 

You would also:

  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records while preparing reports and forecasts for management.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients and partners, ensuring prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets through proactive assistance.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks independently while collaborating with the team to meet objectives.
  • Contribute to team efforts with initiative, with potential growth into an external Sales role.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in sales and customer service, with a background in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of French language.
  • Technical interest or experience is beneficial, along with experience in quote production.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage.
