Greater key management, greater key control
ASSA CLIQ® Remote enables businesses to grant key holders, regardless of their location, remote access to rooms, areas and facilities in a building or across an estate. The solution’s simple and intuitive online management tool then makes it easy for those managing the system to update access credentials, enable or disable keys, and establish timed access schedules.
This means lost keys – and all the hassle and admin this entails – are a thing of the past. Should an employee misplace a key or leave their role and forget to return their key, then access rights can be quickly revoked. The result? Greater key management and key control.
We were looking to solve key management issues, and ASSA CLIQ® Remote enabled us to have more control. We have plans to phase out mechanical keys altogether, replacing them with programmable ASSA CLIQ® Remote keys within two years.

Take control with audit trails
Because each key can be programmed and updated individually, key holders only have access to the areas relevant to them, during allocated times and dates. Then, for assured peace of mind and security, ASSA CLIQ® Remote allows operators to keep an audit trail of who accessed an area and when.
Should there ever be an incident or questions raised about who has accessed an area during a specific date and time, then these individuals can be easily identified. This provides you with total control over who has accessed or attempted to access an area, for greater security, safety and protection.
We programmed the system so that our staff’s access credentials end half an hour after their shift has finished. And with many different contractors, such as electricians and engineers, visiting our site, ASSA CLIQ Remote lets us give these professionals access to only the areas they need.

If there’s a concern about one of the keys, we are able to take it off the system immediately and de-activate it.
