Apprenticeship Programme
Our Apprenticeship scheme will give you real practical experience in a working environment, with leadership and mentors to guide you along the way. You will be provided with exciting opportunities to work on projects, receive specialist training and continued support throughout the programme.

Undergraduate Programmes
Our undergraduate programmes are a 12-month position aimed at giving students hands on, practical experience and the opportunity to apply recent studies to a work life environment. We have opportunities across all our UK and Ireland sites in multiple areas of our business varying from HR, Operations to Marketing.
Additionally, many of our undergraduates go on to secure permanent positions either direct into the business or through our EMEA Graduate programme.
ASSA ABLOY EMEA Graduate Programme
The EMEA Graduate Programme is an 18-month position that offers you a unique opportunity to hone your skills and gain practical experience in a work environment. It gives graduates the opportunity to spend three months overseas at another EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) location with the rest of the time in their home country. A number of places are available each year to graduates from all over Europe.

How has your apprenticeship helped with your future career aspirations?
My apprenticeship has given me a good foundation to work upon, I have been able to learn from colleagues who have worked for ASSA ABLOY for over 40 years. I have also been at college for the last 4 years and this has allowed me to meet so many different people and to see the different places they have been and that gives me a lot of motivation to move up within the company and take on amazing experiences.

What do you enjoy the most about your apprenticeship?
I enjoy my monthly reviews where I can sit and self-evaluate my progress and receive constructive feedback from my assessor and line manager. I also enjoy being able to promote apprenticeships to young people with the help from my training provider and ASSA ABLOY.
