  • Could you tell us about ASSA ABLOY products and services? As a global company, what are your characteristics that set you apart from your competitors?

At ASSA ABLOY we are a global leader in access control solutions. We offer a variety of electronic and mechanical solutions so that billions of people can access more safely and easily every day. If you have passed through an automatic door before; If you've stayed at a hotel or gone through passport control, you've probably used at least one of our products or services. Thanks to the investments to technology and software companies in recent years, the ease of acccess with mobile devices, which is a part of daily life, is our most distinctive feature that distinguish us from our competitors.

  • In which sectors do you serve more and what are the products you sell the most?

We offer high security solutions together with integrators and electronic security installers in businesses, government institutions, airports, hospitals, hotels and many other sectors where security is at the forefront. Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing in recent years, access with personal mobile devices has come to the fore in card pass systems. That's why wireless door handles and readers with mobile access are among our top-selling products.

  • Can you talk about the mobile digital identity system? As ASSA ABLOY, what are the advantages you offer to your customers in this regard?

Mobile digital identities are sent as secure data (SIO) to software on mobile devices through the web interface. Encrypted with the algorithm, the SIO is sent to the reader with 128 Bit AES encryption, decrypted and transmitted to the card pass system. At this point, the biggest advantage we offer to our customers is that they can easily and quickly log in to transition points via Bluetooth or NFC without the need for internet use during digital identity use, and that administrators can manage their identities over the cloud wherever they are. In particular, the ability to provide temporary authorization to the mobile devices of the guests without giving RFID cards to the visitors and not allowing them to be circulated from hand to hand draws attention.

  • Are there any new sectors you are targeting?

In recent years, the use of rental officeshas started to increase significantly, They preferred so much especially by new entrepreneurs. We plan to increase the use of mobile digital identities in daily rental offices with the new generation products we have developed in addition to our work in this market.
