About us
Metalind was founded in 1996 in Croatia and currently has 130 employees. Since the end of 2011 we are a part of ASSA ABLOY, the world's leading manufacturer of fittings and equipment for doors.
We put a strong emphasis on export activities, and we have expanded to the markets of EU, Turkey, and Australia.

All our products are tested and certified according to EN standards in accredited laboratories: LTM, IGH and IFT Rosenheim in accordance with the applicable European legislation and the highest standards and norms.
The highest standards in production and other business processes are also confirmed by the following three ISO Certificates - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, which have been granted to METALIND by the authorized certification and company DQS.
Continuous improvement of business processes in line with the business philosophy LEAN is conveyed by our LEAN slogan: "We have been continually improving in order to be the best." As a result, in auditing/implementing LEAN we achieve great results every year.
