Software Training Specialist

As a Software Training Specialist, you'll become an expert in our software solutions and play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experiences of our clients and internal teams. You will also assist the Training and Implementation Specialist in ensuring a smooth transition from training to implementation, supporting both training and client onboarding processes.

What you will be doing:

• Master ASSA ABLOY software solutions and their applications for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs, technological proficiency, and workflows.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training plans tailored to client needs.
• Lead individual or group training sessions, both in-person and via web platforms.
• Create and refine training materials in collaboration with the Training Manager.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance training delivery and user experience.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to the Training Manager.
• Optimize training schedules and methods to maximize user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Provide valuable feedback from training sessions to the Training Manager and development teams.
• Assist the Training and Implementation Specialist with the smooth crossover of training and implementation practices, ensuring consistency in the user experience.
• Assist with gathering and analyzing feedback during the post-training phase, identifying areas for improvement in the implementation process.
• Support the development of new training content and ensure alignment with the latest software updates.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the training experience for clients and internal users.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in training, customer support, or educational roles focused on software solutions.
• Previous exposure to the Door and Hardware or Construction Industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, planning, and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in audiovisual equipment setup and presentation software.
• Familiarity with Office, training software, and calendar integration.
• Project Management certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client training engagements.
