Privacy Notice - Management Software

We are Talleres de Escoriaza, S.A., a Spanish entity located in Barrio de Ventas 35, 20305, Irún (hereinafter referred to as, "ASSA ABLOY IBERIA " or merely as "we"). We are part of the Assa Abloy Group, engaged in the production and provision of services related to access control systems and locking solutions.

As part of the services we provide to our clients, we have developed a software for the use of mobile applications. To manage the use you make of the software, ASSA ABLOY IBERIA needs to process your e-mail address as data controller as stated in the information we make available to you by means of this Privacy Policy. We kindly invite you to read it carefully.

We need to process the e-mail address provided by you when you carry out the software installation process in order to identify you as the company contact person that makes use of our software. This will allow us to provide the services for the use of mobile applications and the renewal of the license for the use of mobile applications and hence, guarantee the effective provision of the services arising from the use of the mobile application.

If you do not provide us with your e-mail address, we will not be able to identify you as a user and, therefore, we will not be able to provide the service mentioned above.

The processing of your e-mail address is necessary for the performance of the contract we have entered into with the company you belong to. This entails that, the legal basis for your personal data processing is the performance of the contract.

We will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship between ASSA ABLOY IBERIA and the company you belong to. Once said period has expired, we shall only retain your personal data for the duration of any liability arising from the processing, according to the prescription terms of the relevant legal actions, that may be enforceable according to applicable legislation at any moment. Once potential actions have prescribed, we will erase your data.

ASSA ABLOY IBERIA contracts its virtual infrastructure according to a cloud computing model through Amazon Web Service. In any case, personal data stored in Amazon's cloud will be located within the European Economic Area. 

Despite the foregoing, we shall not grant access nor share your data with other third party, not even with companies within Assa Abloy Group whether or not located within the European Economic Area, unless required by law.

We inform you that you have the right to request:

• that we grant you access to the personal data we process about you in our data bases;
• that we rectify data we have from you in our data bases (unless you  say otherwise, we understand that the e-mail address you provide us is valid and updated);
• that we erase data we have from you or request the limitation of the processing of your data, in case such processing is not necessary any more or we are not duly entitled to carry out such processing;
• you also have the right to request the portability of your data, which means that you have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format, so that we or yourself, can disclose these data to the third parties that you indicate.

 You will be able to exercise all the rights we have previously informed you about in this Privacy Policy by contacting us through our Privacy contact center.

Finally, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority, in particular, before the Spanish Data Protection Authority ("Agencia Española de Protección de Datos").

ASSA ABLOY IBERIA may change its Privacy Policy according to applicable legislation at any moment. In any case, any modification of the Privacy Policy shall be duly notified so that you are informed of any amendments made with regard to the processing of your personal data and, where required by applicable legislation, you are able to give your consent to the processing of your personal data.
