The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in manufacturing RFID tags and related products, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to production schedules, and high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include supervising and evaluating staff, implementing quality control measures, collaborating with other departments to optimize processes, completing production documentation, and enforcing safety regulations to maintain a secure workplace.

As our Production Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by: 
•    Responsibility for day-to-day operations in the production department to ensure smooth workflow.
•    Monitoring production standards and adjusting schedules to meet deadlines.
•    Supervising and evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
•    Implementing quality control measures to ensure final product meets company standards.
•    Collaborating with other department leads to optimize production processes.
•    Ensuring all production documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
•    Facilitating continuous improvement activities.
•    Ensuring all safety and health regulations are followed to maintain a safe workplace.
 

Your Experience and Background include:  
•    Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•    3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
•    Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
•    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•    Detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
