The ASSA ABLOY Global Operations Center Krakow is a part of Group IT. We deliver infrastructure supporting services within multiple areas: Hosting, Collaboration, Network, Security and more. We are constantly expanding, adding more and more highly skilled IT talents to the Team.
We believe in fostering a people-centric work environment where employees can grow and excel. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an HR Intern to support our team in delivering top-notch HR services and initiatives.
What you would do as HR Intern
We believe that you are an open-minded person who wants to develop skills in HR and Administration field in IT organization. You will support full employee life cycle and administration part. You will also take care of communication, employer branding activities and handling of HR tools in our division. We expect you to do a great job, both as part of a team and independently. We believe that you will help us with the daily HR and administrative challenges and help our employees with HR related queries, when they need it.
After a while, we believe that you will be able to tell what’s the best for you and in which direction you want to go.
The skills and experience you need
- A genuine interest in developing a career in HR and Administration
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- An interest in working with people who are our biggest value
- Good verbal and written communication skills both Polish and English
- Willingness to work with HRIS and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work with good attention to detail
- Willingness to create the best place to work
