Product Executive

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Product Associate to support the development, testing, and troubleshooting of our Smart Locks, Safes and accessories.  This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and a passion for smart home technology. You will work closely with the product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure high-quality performance and user satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Product Testing & Troubleshooting 

  • Conduct hands-on testing of smart locks to identify technical issues and areas for improvement. 

  • Diagnose product defects and collaborate with product teams to resolve hardware and software problems. 

  • Assist in debugging firmware, connectivity issues, and mobile app integrations. 

  • Document troubleshooting steps and common product issues for internal and customer use. 

2. Product Development Support 

  • Participate in product trials and provide feedback to enhance product performance. 

  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. 

  • Assist in testing new features, firmware updates, and software releases before market launch. 

  • Ensuring products are tested to local EN & Fire test requirements. 

3. Customer Support & Training 

  • Provide technical support to internal teams (sales, customer service) and external customers. 

  • Develop FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for users and field technicians. 

  • Conduct training sessions for sales and support teams on product features and troubleshooting methods. 

 

4. Market & Competitor Analysis 

  • Conduct market research on smart door locks, including competitor analysis and customer feedback. 

  • Gather insights from users to recommend product improvements and feature enhancements. 

Key Qualifications & Skills: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in product testing, technical support, or product development (smart home or IoT experience is a plus). 

  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 

  • Familiarity with mobile app troubleshooting, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connectivity, and IoT platforms. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. 

  • Passion for smart home technology and security solutions.
