What would you do as our Service Sales Manager

As our Service Sales Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across both the internal and external service sales teams as agreed with the Head of Service. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in service sales, and the ability to lead teams while collaborating with various internal departments.

 

You would also:

  • Lead and motivate internal and external sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key contact for key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and stay informed on market trends to drive business growth.
  • Oversee service contract negotiation, renewal, and pricing management, ensuring agreements meet both customer needs and profitability goals.
  • Support team development through training, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance service delivery and sales performance.

 

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is experienced in service sales management, ideally within the access control industry or related sectors.
  • Possesses strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Is skilled in service contract management, pricing negotiations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Is analytical and results-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Is proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools, with a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
