General Manager
Jerith Manufacturing, LLC an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a General Manager. This individual will direct, manage, and optimize the overall operations the plant and production facility.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business and enhance utilization of production assets.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure overall delivery and quality of the company’s offerings to customers.
- Be a role model for the company culture of servant leadership, and mentor the organization in living the commitments in the Strategic Road Map.
- Must have 5 years P&L responsibility experience.
- Drive key initiatives in plant operations to achieve improvements in operational excellence.
- Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
- Engage in key hiring and talent development programs.
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees.
- Report key results to Executive Staff.
The skills and experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business required or 5 years of direct relatable experience.
- 5-7 years relevant business experience with a complete understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
- Systems experience: Extremely strong Excel skills; ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred); experience with reporting tools (Power BI); proficiency with other MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint & Access)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
