ASSA ABLOY at YED 2022

After two years of forced stop, the Yellow Expo Days (YED) were held in Vicenza in 2022 from 5 to 7 May, the only exhibition in Italy that brings together in one big event the companies and professionals related to the world of wood, aluminum, PVC and iron windows and doors.

A unique opportunity to get in touch with the figures related to the entire production chain, from window and door manufacturers and distributors to architects and designers.

YED 2022 was also an opportunity to see the latest market innovations, starting from tools for the mechanical processing of windows and doors to the most innovative and recent technologies related to the world of hardware.

ASSA ABLOY participated by presenting some of the most significant products in its range, with a focus on new technologies:

• the Incedo Business digital access control platform, a modular and open system that combines ASSA ABLOY security and access control products with flexible software and multiple management options.
• ASSA ABLOY PULSE technology, a digital locking system that includes self-powered cylinders and mechatronic keys and combines the flexibility of electronic opening with the security of mechanical opening, without the need for batteries or external power supply.
• effeff's 118 Series of electric strikes, which allow the door system to be opened only when powered and then put into operation;
• the DC630G gate closer with Cam-Motion^® technology with an almost invisible design designed for easy gate opening and hermetic closure;
• The DC175 overhead cam door closer with Cam-Motion^® technology, the smallest in the ASSA ABLOY range, designed for optimum door opening with minimal space requirements.
