ASSA ABLOY signs an agreement for the acquisition of Mottura Serrature di Sicurezza S.p.a.

ASSA ABLOY has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Mottura Serrature di Sicurezza S.p.a., an Italian manufacturer of European profile cylinders, security locks for armored doors, wooden doors and windows and safes for private use and for hotels.

Established in 1972, the company is headquartered in Turin and specializes in security products for residential environments, boasting a high-end product offering as well as an excellent reputation for customer service. 

To date, an agreement has been signed for the sale of 100% of the capital of Mottura Serrature di Sicurezza Spa to ASSA ABLOY Italia S.p.a.. The transaction will be completed in the second quarter of 2023.
