ASSA ABLOY Italia is the Italian division of the ASSA ABLOY group that deals with intelligent locks and opening solutions. We are dedicated to improving our customer’s lives through innovative products that offer great security, safety and convenience.

ASSA ABLOY Italia is one of the divisions of the ASSA ABLOY Group in Italy.

Established in 2007, the registered office is located in San Giovanni in Persiceto, near Bologna, and has two production sites on the national territory.

ASSA ABLOY Italia offers a range of products that combine technological innovation, ease of use and sustainability: from mechanical products such as door closers, panic exit devices, locks, cylinders, padlocks and safes, to new digital solutions for access control through Apps, software, cards and mechatronic devices.

Our brands in Italy

Our company combines ASSA ABLOY solutions with historical brands that have been present in Italy for decades:

  • Yale, brand of traditional mechanical locking systems and digital security solutions known all over the world;
  • Mul-T-Lock®, a leading company in the production of high security cylinders and locks;
  • MAB, historical name in Italy related to door closers and famous all over the world;
  • KESO, Swiss brand specialized in high security cylinders;
  • Corni, Italian brand specialized in the creation of locks and panic bars.

Also part of the company is Valli, a historic Italian company known internationally for the design and production of designer handles.

In 2023, the historic Italian company Mottura, manufacturer of high-security locks, cylinders and safes, also joined the group.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct forms the basis for ASSA ABLOY’s actions and behavior and is at the core of sustainability governance, providing the framework for the Group’s daily operations.

ASSA ABLOY does not tolerate bribery and corruption. To further emphasize this position, the Group launched its Anti-corruption compliance program in 2011.
