Which IP rate has the PULSE Key?
IP57

What does energy harvesting mean for the PULSE System?
There is no battery in the cylinder or key. The energy is created by the key insertion in the cylinder

Where can the PULSE key be used?
With PULSE devices, Readers….

How many locks groups or locks can the key access?
70 groups

How many audit trails events can the key hold?
100 events

How many lost keys can the key have?
100 lost keys

Management & Installation

What happens if I lose the key?
The solution use the blocklist functionality in order to block the lost keys. 

How do I change the battery in the key?
There is no battery in the key

Can I manage the PULSE System on a Mac computer?
Unfortunally is not possible to use a MAC. PULSE solution has been developed for Microsoft only

Can I replace the current mechanical cylinder with PULSE?
Yes, the PULSE Cylinder is 100% retrofittable with the most common mechanical cylinder in use.
