It features a unique round faceplate which saves time when fitting, as the installer simply needs to drill a round hole. It allows for a more accurate, clean and precise method installation. It is a suitable latch for use in residental environments, including properties of three or more storeys, as well as meeting the requirements of Approved Document B.
