The project received BREEAM’s New Construction Outstanding certification, the only one in Łodz and at a level achieved by just 3% of Polish BREEAM candidates. “We are always looking for sustainable products with low impact on the environment, as wellas transparent Environmental Product Declarations,” explains Mateusz Gawron. “We care about products’ recycled content and low energy use.” Over several projects, ASSA ABLOY’s expertise and durable products have become important elements supporting Grupa 5 Architekci’s vision for building transparency and sustainability.
