Capital Market Days in Albstadt 28-29 May 2001
Since we last met in New Haven we have added Yale and HID to our organization and grown with more than 50%. We will focus on our overall development including the integration of the Yale companies and on our electromechanical strategy.
We will start with giving a general strategic update including latest performance Q1. This will be followed by further development in our recent acquisitions, including Yale, in the USA and UK. We will discuss our electromechanical strategy and in particular the effeff and HID cases. Anna Bernsten will also present the integration project Volvo Ocean Race.
The program will include a Q&A session in order to make room for any other issues you wish to cover.
We will start on Tuesday 29 May at 07.30 a.m., therefore it is recommended that you fly in to Stuttgart on Monday night. Room reservations will be arranged for you at the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport once you have registered.
The arrangements will end at 23.00 p.m. on Tuesday 29 May - so you can catch the first flight out on Wednesday morning.
The room rate is DEM 267 (taxes included) per night and includes a breakfast buffet.
