Share capital and voting rights

The share capital amounts to SEK 370,858,778, distributed among a total of 1,112,576,334 shares, comprising 57,525,969 Series A shares and 1,055,050,365 Series B shares.

All shares have a par value of around SEK 0.33 and give shareholders equal rights to the company’s assets and earnings. The total number of votes amounted to 1,630,310,055. Each Series A share carries ten votes and each Series B share one vote.
