Remuneration of the Board of Directors

The General Meeting passes a resolution on the remuneration to be paid to board members. The 2025 Annual General Meeting passed a resolution on Board fees totaling SEK 10,106,000  (excluding remuneration for committee work) to be allocated between the members as follows: SEK 3,540,000 to the Chairman, SEK 1,316,000 to the Vice Chairman, and SEK 1,050,000 to each of the other members elected by the Annual General Meeting.

As remuneration for committee work, the Chairman of the Audit Committee is to receive SEK 493,000, the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee SEK 202,000 members of the Audit Committee (except the Chairman) SEK 336,000 each, and the member of the Remuneration Committee (except the Chairman) SEK 101,000.

The Chairman and other board members have no pension benefits or severance pay agreements. The employee representatives do not receive board fees.
