General Meeting
Shareholders’ rights to decide on the affairs of ASSA ABLOY are exercised at the General Meeting.
Auditor
At the 2024 Annual General Meeting, Ernst & Young AB (EY) was re-elected as the external auditor until the end of the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Authorized public accountant Hamish Mabon is the auditor in charge. Hamish Mabon was born in 1965 and holds other significant audit assignments for SEB and Northvolt AB.
The external audit is conducted in accordance with International Standards in Auditing (ISA), and generally accepted auditing standards in Sweden. The audit of the financial statements for legal entities outside Sweden is conducted in accordance with statutory requirements and other applicable rules in each country.
