FRANK relies on eCLIQ locking system in Frankfurt's Gallusviertel

Challenge:

The residential building company FRANK manages almost 7,000 apartments and over 300 employees are based at its locations in Hamburg, Kiel, Frankfurt am Main and Hofheim am Taunus. For almost 100 years, FRANK has been providing its residents with innovative, diverse and ecological residential buildings. Two new residential buildings have now been built in Frankfurt's Gallusviertel, which offers many people a beautiful home with 85 rental apartments and 53 underground parking spaces. 

Now the only missing component was a suitable locking solution that would meet the requirements. The locking cylinders should be flush-mounted, do not contain a battery and be easy to install. A flexible digital locking solution was sought, the subsequent handling of which would work without any problems for all generations. 

Solution:

Battery-free locking cylinders, which do not have a knob and nothing protrudes. Furthermore the easy installation and use of the locking system.  With 170 locking cylinders and 550 keys, two more residential buildings are now very well protected. In addition, our eCLIQ locking system offers more than just protection. The CLIQ^® Web Manager management software enables the administrator to digitally allow temporary access authorizations as required, and a lost key can be deactivated with just a few clicks. The handling remains unchanged from a standard key. and is therefore no problem for use, regardless of age.
