Meet Ida Ydremo
Ida Ydremo, originally from Malmö, Sweden, is now based in Zürich, Switzerland, as our Service Development Analyst as part of the Entrance Systems Graduate program.
Mohamad Alsarmani, originally from Syria, started his two-year graduate program last October and is now working as a Project Manager for Operations Development, based in Landskrona, Sweden.
His responsibilities include supporting the implementation of ongoing supply chain projects. “I help to support and I get to learn important relevant skills in the process. I also participate in various organizational introductions and trainings,” he says.
We asked Mohamad what his favorite part of the work environment is.
“I like getting to work with supportive colleagues from many countries and backgrounds. I also like being a part of the graduate program trainees network, where we help each other and share valuable knowledge and experiences” he says.
Outside of work, Mohamad likes to play outdoor basketball whenever the weather permits. “Also, living here in the county of Skåne in the South of Sweden has allowed me to explore its beautiful cities and their enjoyable offerings, from museums and castles to nature reserves and diverse restaurants,” adds Mohamad.
Mohamad works in an internationally diverse environment with supportive colleagues and hopes to advance with his work even after completing the graduate program. “I hope to have achieved skill development and contributed to the company’s continuous efforts to improve and optimize its supply chain operations in a sustainable way. I aim to continue to work and succeed with my great colleagues towards that goal,” says Mohamad.
