Meet Ida Ydremo
Ida Ydremo, originally from Malmö, Sweden, is now based in Zürich, Switzerland, as our Service Development Analyst as part of the Entrance Systems Graduate program.
HR Graduate focusing on Employer branding, based between Sweden, France and Belgium.
Jonathan joined us for the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems graduate program. This is a two year program with 2 international rotations of 6 months each where he will be based abroad – in France and Belgium.
So far, what do you like best about working with us?
"The best thing about working at ASSA ABLOY for me is to be part of a truly global environment where I get to speak to people from all over the world daily."
What are your aspirations with the graduate program?
"My aspiration is to grow as a person and hopefully help the company with continuous growth. In the long term I hope to develop a more people-oriented culture within ASSA ABLOY that hopefully will make us the worldwide employer of choice."
What would you like to do in the future?
"There are many paths to choose from in a company like ASSA ABLOY and I can see myself staying for many years to come."

Mohamad Alsarmani, originally from Syria, started his two-year graduate program last October and is now based in Landskrona, Sweden.
