Ida Ydremo, originally from Malmö, Sweden and is now based in Zürich, Switzerland, is our Service Development Analyst as part of the Entrance Systems graduate program.
She has greatly enjoyed the graduate program, which offers 6-month international rotations in various parts of the organization.
Thanks to the set-up of the program, Ida gets to learn about the different parts of the business for a holistic and diverse understanding, while driving her projects.
“Even though it can be challenging to do rotations for two years and change between 4 different organizations, teams and topics, it has been very rewarding as it keeps me on my toes to stay curious and always learn and grow” she says.
During her international rotations, she takes the opportunity to explore. “It has been great feeding highland cows in Scotland, finding my favourite Gouda cheese in the Netherlands and hiking in the mountains in Switzerland,” says Ida.
Ida’s aspirations for the future include developing smart, valuable, and sustainable business solutions that benefit people and planet together with a team of brilliant colleagues. “I am in the process to settle on what my exact role will be after the graduate program, and I look forward to what the future beholds and the value I will deliver in my new role,” she adds.
“ASSA ABLOY is a global company with diverse products in different divisions and segments, there is something and a team for everybody. Apply now. What are you waiting for?”
