Product Marketing Manager Finland Access Ecosystem
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on sales? What you would do as our Product Marketing Manager
As a key leader in the Nordic Business Area, you would drive growth initiatives across designated product areas, enhancing market presence and customer engagement. You would serve as a strategic liaison between Product Management and Nordic sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. This role requires occasional travel.
You would also:
- Provide advanced sales training and support tailored to customer verticals.
- Develop and implement strategies for new and existing products across multiple channels and market segments, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Refine messaging and positioning to suit diverse audiences and market segments.
- Conduct research on customer needs, market trends, and competition to inform value propositions and communicate requirements to Product Management.
- Support financial planning through sales forecasting and budget management within your product areas.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in technical solutions combined with a business mindset. Proven experience in growth-oriented technical sales, customer processing, acquisition, or similar functions within a B2B environment.
- Previous experience in product marketing or a related role is highly advantageous.
- A proactive, “hands-on” attitude with high motivation and drive. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent and effective communication skills in both English and Finnish is a strict requirement.
Ideally, you are competitive with a strong commercial mindset and a dedication to driving business growth. You excel at understanding customers’ pain points and challenges, and your ability to see situations from multiple perspectives allows you to tailor your communication effectively to diverse audiences.
