Product Manager

What would you do as our Product Manager
As our Product Manager, you would be responsible for the product management of all Yale Smart Alarm products in the EMEIA region.
You would also be responsible for:
- Manage the full product lifecycle for the Yale alarm range across EMEIA, ensuring market-leading products and strong customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to develop strategy, identify market gaps, reduce complexity, and drive growth in the alarm category.
- Oversee product launches by coordinating with Product Marketing, E-commerce, and Operations teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with accurate product information.
- Support cost reduction and product improvement initiatives by working with VAVE, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical support, build team expertise, and travel regularly to ensure smooth cooperation and execution across regions.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of delivering growth, achieving cost savings, and ideally familiar with alarm products and international work environments.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business/financial principles, including preparing business case proposals and using data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled in working across multicultural, cross-functional teams and capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to simplify complex ideas and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
- Ambitious, enthusiastic, and committed individual with a willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
